Fairly clean hotel with good breakfast. Relaxing and huge rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle and a fridge. Favourable and fantastic location steps away from Riverside Park. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area.

The location was absolutely fantastic, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. I loved being able to explore the city easily and return to my room whenever I needed a break. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and provided a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing.
The lack of an elevator, which meant climbing several flights of stairs to reach my room. This was quite tiring, especially when I only needed to quickly grab something from downstairs.

Location: the hotel was close to near attractions, fields and the city centre. A cool bonus was nearby cool beans, that offered tea and coffee.

It's a charming budget hotel with good staff members. The location is marvellous and they have parking nearby. For lunch or dinner go to Davy's Shake Shack, located right by the property.

We stayed at a guesthouse located in a great spot, close to the old market, bars and restaurants, and right near the river. The Mekong river was just a short walk away, providing beautiful views. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean, equipped with a mini-fridge and tea and coffee for self-preparation.
The stairs were quite steep and there was no elevator, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues.

Everything was excellent, favourable location to the central markets, the staff were amicable. We had room which had it's own balcony, flat screen cable TV and free WiFi and was good sized. It was a fine stay, charming and fancy place.

The hotel was in a particularly good location so close to restaurants and bars, the central markets, and the capital, we saw a museum and a central market near the place.

stayed at a GH in front of Nawin last year but Nawin Palace Guesthouse is much nicer, feels like a hotel, professional staff, spacious rooms, free breakfast, good TV reception.
Bathroom door didn't shut.

As young people, we loved the friendly and attentive staff who were always available to help and give advice. The budget hotel had a great local family feel and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Art Deco features added a cool touch to the ambiance. The location was perfect, situated close to restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The AC worked well and the bonus of having a fridge in the room was a plus. We also appreciated the breakfast, which was good value for the money, offering eggs, fruit. We even extended our stay because we were so satisfied.
Felt like a home away from home, no complaints whatsoever.

Early check-in, parking nearby. Large and brand-new room available with aircon, 2 complimentary bottles plus an open balcony. Food was great, staff was really friendly. The location excellent and favourable opposite National Museum.

Good sized, cheap room provided with lovely balcony and fan, for example. Satisfactory breakfast with bigger portions and toast, for example - well worth the money. Very central location, relatively near Sisowath Quay.

The staff at Nawin Palace Guesthouse were extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived after a long bus ride and they allowed us to leave our bags and directed us to the nearest ATM. The location of the guesthouse was also very convenient, surrounded by Tuk Tuk drivers and close to attractions like the Palais and National Museum. The room was simple, but clean, and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch. Despite the lack of an elevator, they offered us a ground floor room. We also appreciated the organized Tuk Tuk tour they arranged for us to visit the Killing Fields & Genocide Museum at a low price. The wifi was reliable and the breakfast provided was sufficient to start our day.
